Gammon India Limited has always believed in being a truly committed Corporate Citizen by actively initiating, conducting and performing the activities towards betterment of our stakeholders and also towards conserving the resources in order to protect our mother earth. This corporate citizenship of Gammon India Limited is so much imbibed in us that each step that we take is focused not on profitability but more on the benefit our society will get through our actions.

GTPL knows that the growth of the organization is totally linked to the welfare of our environment; staff; and the society at large. And in order to educate each GTPL’ite about their responsibilities towards sustainability, we have developed our Value System keeping in mind the well being of all the factors mention above.

The KRA of GTPL when it comes to sustainability:

Environment: We are a responsible consumer of natural resources with a mission of optimizing the use of these resources. Our offerings are carefully designed to preserve the surrounding environment. Conversion of Wooden Cooling Tower to Pultruded FRP Cooling Towers, Dry Cooling Solutions etc. our each step is towards preserving the natural resources.

Staff: Each and every member of the GTPL family represents GTPL to the outside world. Each member is the face of our company. And therefore it’s our responsibility to keep them updated with the happenings around. At GTPL, we keep on organizing various training sessions and educational programs in order to upgrade the knowledge of our staff. GTPL is ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company. Immense care is taken with respect to the health and safety of our onsite as well as backend staff. Our onsite staff as well as workers are well geared with safety equipments for their protection. GTPL places great emphasis on employee satisfaction. In order to keep the work environment healthy and happy, we celebrate most of the festivals at our head office. GTPL organizes employee engagement activities in order to boost confidence of the staff and to motivate them.

Society: GTPL understands that the society in which the organization operates is equally responsible for its success as its other stakeholders are. And therefore we owe something for the betterment of the society towards which our efforts are always directed. We organize many events in order support the people around us. Some of them are:
